MobileXplor shall provide its services to you (visitor) under the following Terms of Services (TOS).The TOS are intended to protect both the integrity and liability of MobileXplor and the visitor.

Third Party
Any dealings with third parties (including advertisers) included within the MobileXplor services or participation in promotions, including the delivery of and the payment for goods and services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealing or promotions , are solely between you and the advertiser or other third party.MobileXplor shall not be responsible or liable for any part of any such dealings or promotions.

Server Resources Utilization
The visitor must understand and he/she must not use excessive system resources that might deteriorate the server's performance and degrade the quality of service for other visitors.Excessive or malicious system resources usage will result in immediate IP banishment .

No Unlawful or Prohibited use
As a condition of your use of the MobileXplor services, you will not use the MobileXplor services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any MobileXplor services, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any MobileXplor services, through hacking, password mining or any other means.You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the MobileXplor services.

Changes to Our Term of Service
We at MobileXplor reserve the rights to change our term of service, but we will release and post a notice so our users can review the changes and be aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under certain circumstances, if any, we disclose it.
